You are only describing your I. T. project and not hiring me. You will receive an eMail or a phone call from me after I review your description of your project, at that point you may choose to hire my I. T. services.
If I take you on as a client I will bill you trough [PayPal] for my I. T. service.
I use [PayPal] online business financial service for my Independent Information Technology Consulting company and I expect you to be able to pay me trough [PayPal] using one of their acceptable payment methoods for my I. T. services.
You do not have to have [PayPal] to order I. T. service from Independent Information Technology Consulting company.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including your inability to pay for I. T. service trough [PayPal].
Independent Information Technology Consulting company has the policy of Requiring No Minimum Orders (1/4 hour increment billing), Issuing No Refunds, Providing No Warranties, Accepting No Liability for Anything, Making No Exceptions to these policies!!!
Please send me an email in which you will tell me about your project and please make a one time non refundable $5 payment to Independent I. T. Consulting using the "Make A Donation" button demonstrating your ability to use PayPal, if $5 is to much for you please find another IT service provider...
